Initiate Your Request
Log into your Wheeler account and visit the order history page to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box for identification.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
